In 2013 The Australian Collaborative Education Network (ACEN) is offering five scholarships, each valued at $1500, to assist students undertaking Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements.
The aim of the scholarship is to support students who will undertake a Work Integrated Learning activity in a regional or remote area of Australia as part of their undergraduate or postgraduate education.
The scholarships are open to final year students in all disciplines from institutions that are financial members of ACEN (which includes Monash University).
To be considered for one of the five scholarship stipends, your placement must be undertaken:
- in 2013
- in Australia, in one of the Inner Regional, Outer Regional, Remote or Very Remote locations marked on this map as RA2, RA3, RA4 and RA5, which requires students to relocate from their home address
- On a full-time basis (ie. 4-5 days per week, for a minimum of three weeks duration)
